Next week we will have our daughter Johanneke and family from England to stay with us, and after that Davi and Dilma are both coming for another 2 weeks.
The last few times they came we couldn't get away with them much, because Davi was very limited with his wheelchair. But now we have been able to buy a good second-hand van with a wheelchair lift, which suddenly offers a lot of new perspectives! In the meantime we have also learned how we can support him with other medical procedures, and so we could even go to a big evangelical Dutch conference with him! That was super fun!
Davi was allowed to sit at the front of the Sing In, during the conference, where 60,000 people took part, and Dilma also had a nice spot with translation for the deaf.
We had rented a camper and had also taken three of our grandchildren to the conference. We all enjoyed it so much!
